Anna Yang
Sales Director
Anna has seven years’ experience working in real estate, in residential sales and management rights.
She is also bilingual, speaking Mandarin and English.
John Poxon
Principal, Property manager
John has nearly thirty-two years’ experience in government and private real estate, ranging from teacher housing, property acquisitions and disposals and leasing, to residential real estate, management rights, and property management.
He is the Principal of Golden Ocean Realty and is also bilingual, speaking English and Mandarin.
Anna and John are committed to providing real estate services on the basis of ethical and fair dealing with all parties, including specifically buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. All of our real estate activities will be conducted in accordance with the law and to a high professional standard.
